These jaws slide onto the bar and snap closed, locking the plates in place, each with 2 high density rubber blocks.
The red safety tab ensures you wont accidentally knock the jaws loose, and the screws are made from steel to ensure long life.

These collars only fit Olympic size bars with 50mm (2.0 in) diameter loading ends, they will NOT fit ‘standard’ size 27mm bars.
