Resistance band exercises are ideal for home exercise programs and a great way to add variety to a workout routine. Resistance bands provide constant tension on the muscle – which is not possible with the free weight exercises.

With resistance band training, every part of the exercise has resistance, resulting in better range of motion strength and more complete stimulation hence promoting muscle growth. Being lightweight and portable carry them with you on your vacation and never miss a workout.

Theses bands are made of latex rubber tubes. Each tube provides with different level of resistance. Over 30 standard resistance levels possible by attaching 1, 2, 3, 4, or all 5 bands to handles.

Also included in this pack is a small yoga resistance loop and a large yoga loop, which is ideal for yoga and pilates fitness, toning and strength training in classes or at home.
Small yoga band is 30cm flat and 4cm wide, and stretches to 1 to 1.5m depending on your strength, whereas wide band is 1.2m long and 10cm wide.

It also includes head sweat band which is perfect for running, walking, cycling, turbo training, racket sports, gym workouts, working in hot places or whenever you want to keep sweat out of your eyes. Wrist band is perfect for keeping your hands dry during exercise and keep wrists in position during workout.
